PALLETS!
Yep that’s right, the up-cycling phenomenon has boomed! In the united states we destroy roughly 2/3 of all pallets used. The sad part is most of these pallets are used once! That’s a lot of lumber and DIY projects being shredded and thrown in the dump for no reason!
Here at B*A*D we dislike waste, so we have found at least 12 projects that are super simple and done with pallets that have been dismantled.

A great way to get pallets is to call manufacturing companies, shipping warehouses, and packing warehouses an ask if the have scrap or unneeded pallets. I know from experience that most places will be grateful to get rid of them especially in the early spring during their harvest cleanup.
